It'd be fantastic if we could all suddenly teleport away to somewhere else the CEOs and plutocrats could never follow, leave them alone to fend for themselves, and live equitably without them forever, it's my all-time greatest fantasy, but it's also so unrealistic it hurts

It also begs the question of where you draw the line; I'm sure my line of irredeemability is different from most other people's -- and in a situation where it's possible IRL I'd still probably at least hesitate, since poetic justice is gruesome when executed in reality

There are versions of this scenario that are more just and physically possible, where our oppressors are removed from power and the infrastructure that currently lets them oppress us is dismantled for raw materials and farm equipment, but getting there is unbelievably hard

But even though the way there is so hard, the ways in which we've come together over the last half-decade or so have me thinking it's possible where I previously didn't. I hope we get there one day
